National President
Evangelist Uche Ndukwe is a renowned gospel music minister and a child of God, whose work has carried the gospel to congregations and homes across Igboland and far beyond it.
He came to prominence with the album Liberation Time, which produced some of the best-loved songs in contemporary Igbo gospel music — among them Ndidi Amaka, Come and See Blessings of the Lord and Father Push Me to Another Level, alongside many others that remain in constant use in worship today.
He serves as National President of the Igbo Gospel Music Ministers Association, chairing the executive council and representing the association nationally and internationally.

Vice President
Evangelist Joy Amarachi Mbakwe is a child of God and a well-known name in Igbo gospel music, whose songs are sung in congregations across Igboland and beyond it.
She is best known for Favour Room and Chioma Chioma, among many other recordings that remain in constant use in worship today.
She serves as Vice President of the Igbo Gospel Music Ministers Association, deputising for the President and standing in the chair in their absence.

Vice President
National Secretariat
A well-known name in Igbo gospel music, best known for Favour Room and Chioma Chioma. She deputises for the President and stands in the chair in their absence.

Secretary
A gospel music minister with several albums to his name, most recently the single Waa. He keeps the register of members, the minutes of the council, and the correspondence of the association.

Assistant Secretary
A gospel music minister known for the strength of his voice. He supports the Secretary and keeps the records when they are away.

Financial Secretary
Known across Igbo gospel music as Ijele Jesus, and one of its most recognisable voices. She records what is due and what is received, and reports it to the council.

Treasurer
Lagos
A minister of the gospel whose ministry is based in Lagos, and a voice in Igbo gospel music. She holds the association’s funds, including the welfare fund.

Public Relations Officer
A gospel music minister and marriage counsellor, best known for the track This Kind God O. He speaks for the association and keeps members informed.

Welfare Director
A gospel artist and businessman who records as Sese Nwa Aba. He is the first point of contact when a member is ill, bereaved or in need.

Chief Provost
Known as Mr Somebody, with a long catalogue behind him including Jesus May You Reign and Balm of Gilead. He keeps order at gatherings and upholds the conduct expected of members.

Chief Media Officer
A music producer with a long record of hits in the Nigerian industry, who records as E.Mandy Studio. He runs the association’s media — the recordings, the photographs, and what goes out on its channels.
International Coordinator
Links the diaspora chapters to the national body, and represents the association abroad.
